Tripscape is a mobile app we’ve partnered with to support your business travel experience. It gives you easy, on-the-go access to your full itinerary, complete with real-time flight updates, calendar syncing and push notifications so you’re always in the loop. Whether you’re managing multiple trips or need quick access to booking details, Tripscape helps keep your travel organized, up to date and stress-free.

View your complete travel itinerary in one place, including flights, hotels, car rentals and meeting times. All details are synced automatically from your bookings.
👥 Arranger Accounts
View and manage all confirmed trips across your team without logging in as the traveler, ideal for executive assistants and travel coordinators.
🚨 Travel Risk Management
For those who opt in, geolocation data is securely shared with your dedicated travel advisor to help ensure support and awareness in emergency situations.
🔔 Push Notifications
Stay informed with real-time alerts about flight delays, gate changes, cancellations and schedule updates.
🧭 Day-by-Day Trip View
Trips are organized into daily segments to help you quickly see what’s planned for each day.
📍 Flight Status and Check-In
Check live flight status and access airline check-in directly from the app using your booking reference.
📞 Contact Your Travel Advisor
Reach your dedicated agent through the Contact Us section for help with changes, cancellations or special requests.
🛠️ Custom App Settings
Choose your preferred time format, temperature scale and distance unit. You can also manage notification preferences and logout settings.
📥 Invoice Access
View and email your travel invoices directly from the trip screen, making expense reporting easier while on the go.

Tripscape FAQs

Tripscape is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Tripscape works on both iOS and Android smartphones.
Download the app.
Tap ‘Register Now’ and enter your corporate email (the one used for your bookings).
Complete the form and tap ‘Register’.
You’ll get a push notification and an activation email.
Click the link in the email to activate your account.
Once you see the “Success” message, you’re ready to sign in.
Tripscape redirects you to the airline’s site to complete check-in:
Tap My Trips > Current, then Check-In next to your flight.
After check-in, you can add your boarding pass to your mobile wallet.
Tripscape doesn’t support direct changes or cancellations.
Use the ‘Contact Us’ button in the app to reach your travel advisor.
Tap the ‘Add to calendar’ icon on your trip overview.
Or tap the calendar icon next to individual segments.
A confirmation will appear once synced.
Tap … More > Update my details.
Make changes and tap Update.
Note: Your email must match your booking email for trip syncing.
Go to … More > Settings and choose between 12-hour or 24-hour format.
Go to … More > Settings, and choose Celsius or Fahrenheit.
Go to … More > Change password, enter your current and new password, then tap Change.
Tap My Trips.
Swipe left on the trip and tap Delete.
This removes it from the app, but not from Inspired’s or the airline’s systems.
Go to My Trips, then tap the Past tab.
You’ll see completed trips from the past 12 months.
The For Others tab appears if you manage travel for others.
Tap the Contact Us button in the app.
You’ll see your advisor’s direct phone number and email.
Open your trip under Current or Past.
Tap the Invoice icon.
Tap Email/Share to send a copy to your inbox.
